I am so excited to be here with your child!! We are going to learn so much together. I can't wait to dive in with your child as he/she brings his/her learning perspective to our first grade class. We are going to have a great year!
I will be posting on this blog every week or so. Spelling homework on spellingcity.com will be updated weekly. Please check homework options and turn them in on Thursdays of each week. You may comment on the blog or send me an email to communicate with me if that works for you, or you can always give me a call here at school and I will get back to you promptly. Please check homework options and turn them in on Thursdays of each week. The homework will change slightly but there will always be plenty of options so that your child may choose the homework of the day. Remember reading every night is not optional. Each child gets to read alone or snuggled up beside you for 20 minutes each day!
I will also post things I will be needing for an upcoming project as well as reminders. For example if we are running low on tissue in the room, I will post it on the blog.
